users are not able to see Branch details in Jira >> Development
Do the users have the right permission to view development tools ? It is controlled by the permission scheme you are using for the project.

thanks Milkael. They were using it previuosly.. when we re-configured , we lost that feature
What was reconfigured? Start by checking the permission scheme to verify that the users have the right permissions to view, next step would be to check the application links.
