Functionality of bitbucket server

Hi, I've just bought the server version of bitbucket software and now I need some clarifications: why the server pay version has less functionalities than the cloud free version? it is possible to obtain the same functionality?

I'm interested to use:
- Team management
- Import / export of projects and repositories from / to cloud version
- Issuer tracker and bug tracker
- Wiki
- Schematic view of brach in commit section (as in the cloud version)

I'm not sure why Atlassian decided to that with the on-premise version but all the functionality you have mentioned above can be accomplished by add-ons and other Atlassian applications (JIRA and Confluence).
