I have a stash server setup in my organization. We also have a different project team working externally using GITHUB.

Is there a way I can setup a "fork" in STASH from my GITHUB repository so to keep it in synch.

What you are supposed to do is to put remotes into your local repo. One pointing to Stash and one pointing to GitHub.
