Forgot to export Google Authenticator QR code before switching new phone

I forgot to export my Google Authenticator QR code before using a new phone so I can't log in to bitbucket, is there a way to remove 2fa? I also didn't capture my recovery code 

I already click send recovery email and it said I have to wait 24 hours, but when I check other post about the bug/issue with the recovery link that didn't disable 2fa code after 24 hours I was worried that my account will not get recover. Please let me know if this is an issue
