Fetch Failed remote: Too many invalid password attempts.

I'm android developer  and have Git repo on Bitbucket for my project.
I use Android Studio 3.4.2 under Ubuntu 16.04.

Recently I faced with the issue that when I tried to fetch/pull/push/etc  with my project then I received such error message

"Fetch Failed remote: Too many invalid password attempts. Log in at https://id.atlassian.com/ to restore access. unable to access '<project>': The requested URL returned error: 403"

The only way to temporary to fix this issue - making combination of logout-login, but it helps for a short period of time, issue came back very quickly.

Could you explain me what's wrong with my atlassian account and  help me to fix it?

P.S. I tried to reset password, it didn't help me.

Are you still facing this issue? If you are, we'll need more information to understand what caused this error:

1. When you got the error "Fetch Failed remote: Too many invalid password attempts", was the system asking you for your credentials? How many times did you enter them before this message appeared?
2. Can you log in to Bitbucket Cloud normally via the browser
3. Are your credentials stored in your config file? Can you check and confirm they're correct?
