Fellow workers are not receiving any mails from bitbucket

My fellow workers are not receiving any mails from bitbucket like new member invitations, PR updates etc. But they are receiving marketing mails from atlassian.   

Could you please help?

Hi Dipin

To receive email notifications they can make sure the email notifications go to their primary email. If they have multiple email addresses defined for their accounts, only the primary email address receives notifications.

To make sure they have everything set,

1. From the avatar in the bottom left, click Personal settings.
2. Click Notifications under General.
3. Depending on your current setting, click Enable email or Disable email.
   When email is disabled, the Email me about settings aren't available.

They should be able to receive the notifications.
