We are trying to upgrade from 5.3 to 5.15. We performed the upgrade and it seemed to be successful after a reboot it reverted back to 5.3. Can you let us know how to proceed?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

What OS are you running on the Bitbucket Server? I had the same issue on my test server a while back that runs Windows 10 and had to do a shutdown (reboot did not do it) and then restart it before it picked up the right version of Bitbucket.
