External Hooks can't enable after Bitbucket upgrade to 7.17.4

Hi There,
I have upgrade Bitbucket from 5.6.3 to 7.17.4(DC), and also upgrade the external hooks plugin with free tried. In Bitbucket from 5.6.3, the External Pre Receive Hook Executable path is /opt/atlassian/bitbucket/post-scripts/test.sh, it can be saved, but in 7.17.4 version, the path is not available, it shows I must use Safe mode. Then I create folder "external-hooks" and test.sh under /var/atlassian/application-data/Bitbucket/shared/, it shows "Executable does not exist". Could you tell tell how to configure with "external-hooks" ? Thanks.
