Exporting issues from a project fails

I have a git repo in bitbucket that uses the issues feature. When I export the issues, it appears to complete as expected but when I click the link it displays the error:

Archive no longer available.

I'm guessing it is supposed to be a .zip file but I'm not seeing one, only the error message.

Thoughts?
