Event details in repository settings missing

I don't have the "Event Details" in my repository setting, where I can find it ?

Troubleshooting webhooks

When you perform an action to trigger a webhook and it doesn't work, you can use the Event log page to figure out what went wrong.

Under Event details in repository settings, you can click view details from the Actions column to access the event log for troubleshooting purposes.
