Encoding erros for german umlaut characters

Hey all,

after upgrading our server instance to version 8.1.0 all german umlaut character are displayed incorrectly in the web interface. Is this a bug, or is there some new option I missed?

I attached some screenshots of wrong encodings

Edit: Problem has been solved in version 8.1.1
