Emails not being received / Invitation emails missing

Hello,

I’m not receiving any Bitbucket invitation or notification emails.
My email address is [].
The issue started after cancelling one invitation; since then, new invites never arrive.
Please check if my address is in your suppression/bounce list and remove it.

Welcome to Community...

We observe that your user account have unsubscribed from receiving product invitations for Atlassian Cloud products.

To mitigate the issue, I request you follow the steps below

Step 1: Please  Check Email Preferences by :

  • Log in to Atlassian Account:

    • Go to id.atlassian.com.

    • Sign in with your email address (If not already signed in).

  • Access Account Settings:

    • Click on your avatar in the top right corner.

    • Select Account settings from the dropdown menu

  • Navigate to Email Preferences:

    • Click on the Email tab within your account settings.

    • Click the link to the email preferences center.

  • Adjust Email Preferences:

  • In the Product Surveys and Invitations section, ensure that Product Invitations is selected.

Step 2 : Request a New Invitation

Please note
that subscribing to invitations or changes to Email preferences will not trigger the emails that were triggered prior to the changes to the Email preference settings.
To trigger a new invitation, could you please check the steps below :

  • The workspace administrator will have to:

  •  Cancel the current invitation by navigating to Workspace Settings > User Groups, selecting the relevant group, and expanding the Pending invitations

  • Then, clicking Cancel Invitation to completely remove it from processing

  • Once the invitation has been cancelled, you will then need to click Add Members in the top-right and insert the user's email address to properly resend the invitation
