Any chance my email is on a suppression list? I'm not receiving any Bitbucket invitation emails to my email address.

It appears that the invitation emails were not sent because the Product Invitations setting in your account preferences was initially disabled.
Since you have now reactivated this setting, please ask your administrator to cancel any pending invitations for each group and then resend them. This will trigger a new notification to your inbox.

Yeah, this can happen sometimes. I’ve seen cases where Bitbucket emails just don’t come through, especially if the email somehow got suppressed earlier.
Ask them to resend the invite once, and also check spam/junk just in case. You can try adding atlassian.com to safe senders too.
If it still doesn’t work, best quick test is to try with another email or ask them to remove and re-invite you. If that also fails, then it’s likely a suppression issue and support can fix it.
