First, please make sure that you have enabled email notifications for product invitations in your settings:
1. Go to this page https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email
2. Select the link email preferences center on this page
3. On the new page that opens, scroll down and make sure that the option for Product Invitations is checked
If this option is already checked:
Can you please confirm if the issue concerns the Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email address as your community account?
If so, when were these invitations sent? Our logs show that the last email we sent to this email address was on 18th March 2025 and it was successfully delivered to your mail server. If the invitations were sent more recently, can you please ask the person who invited you to double check the email they are inviting for any typos?
If the issue concerns a Bitbucket account with a different email address, can you log in to https://community.atlassian.com/ with the email address of that account and leave a reply below my answer, so I can check our logs for that email address?

Hi Theodora - Just enabled product invitations and will attempt again today - other than that, we double checked the spelling and attempted to re-send a couple times yesterday, and the email on this account is the same as the one attached to the bitbucket account.

Just gave it another shot - works after checking that option. Must have hit "unsubscribe from all" at some point?
