I get emails for pull request approvals from other users. I would also like to receive the notification emails on pull requests that I approve. Can this be done?

Thanks, but I have looked at most of that information before. I still don't seem to be able to receive email notifications of pull requests that I approve. I do receive email notifications for pull requests approved by others, though.
