Hi, I am not being able to receive any kind of email for any of the Atlassian products.
Whether its Jira real time email notifications or verification code from bitbucket to generate api token, neither is coming. I am facing a lot of problem because of this. Please help here.
Hi @Swarnim Rai ,
Can you please try navigating to Atlassian Support and start raising a request? I believe the support AI bot can help you with this, but you would need to provide the email address associated with your account. 👈
Now, as this is a public forum, it's not advised to share that information here.
Note: if you cannot get to the chatbot in the provided link (if you're not Bitbucket admin), can you please contact them (or your IT department) as they will be able to assist you with this. 👀
Cheers,
Tobi

@Tomislav Tobijas @Arkadiusz Wroblewski I spoke with my IT Support, seems like the emails coming from Atlassian are not blocked from our end.
Also, I checked the notification settings, all are enabled but still emails are not coming.
Previously, i used to receive email but out of nowhere stopped receiving them.
I have tried raising a case via AI Chatbot which led me here, literally seeing no option for raising a ticket.

@Swarnim Rai might be that the email landed in the suppression list on Atlassian end. 👀
I'll ask forum support to check this out, but for future reference, I'd recommend asking your Bitbucket admin to raise a ticket via Atlassian Support.

@Tomislav Tobijas Sure will check with the bitbucket admin too, thanks a ton.
