Hi Atlassian Support,
We're not receiving Jira emails, invitations, verification codes, and notifications, on mailboxes across some of our domains. We believe the affected addresses are on Atlassian's email suppression / bounce list from past delivery failures.
Affected domains:
All mailboxes on both domains are hosted on our own mail server, and inbound delivery is now working correctly on our end, we recently corrected our DNS/MX configuration, so the earlier bounces that likely triggered the suppression are resolved. Other providers have been delivering to us normally since then.
Could you please remove the suppression / re-enable email delivery for these addresses? If you can clear it domain-wide for both domains, that would cover our whole team going forward. If you need specific addresses instead, just let us know and we'll send the full list right away.

If your Bitbucket workspace is on a paid plan, you can use this channel to raise a request: Atlassian Support
I also believe that their AI chatbot can now resolve this.
If you're on a free plan, you can use the following channel: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing > select Your Account > Log in issues and Need more help? at the bottom. After that, fill in the form and submit the ticket. 🎟️
