Email Unblock Request

I created an Email today to create a Jira Board and when I went to sign up our email server said the incoming email was going to an Invalid Recipient, so I would assume that the email is probably on the suppression list.

Domain for the email is @techguides.it.

If it would be possible to get the email removed from the list so I can send a verification for sign up I would greatly appreciate it.

@Benjamin Marsh - you'll need to open a ticket with Atlassian support; on the Community site we're all just users like you - we don't have access to make changes to your system.
