Editing / replacing / adding a binary file in the web interface

In the web interface in bitbucket I can see how to edit a text file. It commits the change or creates a PR based on user permission.

However is it possible to enable a similar feature for binary files? e.g. images or excel documents?

Obviously not expecting an inline editor, but more ability to upload a new version of the file through the web interface. I'm migrating from gitlab, and this is something we have been using there.

I'm finding I can't rename binary files. The command is listed, but it does not give any response when selecting.
