I've been editing issues this morning to change the Milestone or assign a new user and everytime I do it repeats the description of the issue in a comment that also says I've changed the milestone or assigned a new user. It's never done this before. Expected result that has always happened is that when changing properties of an issue only the changed properties are reported in the comments.
