Hi,

I am not able to load the bitbucket.org site from my browser and I'm getting this error message.

This site can’t be reached

bitbucket.org refused to connect.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I already checked the proxy and the firewall, but it's still not loading.

Thanks,
Francisco

Welcome @Francisco Rosario Jr

The reason you are seeing this is because some IP addresses are blocking your corporate firewall, there is a full list of these IPs here: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/what-are-the-bitbucket-cloud-ip-addresses-i-should-use-to-configure-my-corporate-firewall/
