Hi there!

I'm afraid your message is not very descriptive, but I think you're asking for Specifying the base URL for Bitbucket Server or Bitbucket Server home directory. Is that right? In both the above cases I'm assuming that you use Bitbucket Server, as in Bitbucket Cloud it's not possible at the moment to modify the URL of your repository. 

If you needed something else, please let us know what you were trying to achieve and give us a bit more context about your environment so we can continue helping you.
