Does the Stash Backup Client perform fsck on the Git repos as part of its task list?

We are using the Atlassian provided Stash Backup Client to backup our Git repos on a daily basis, it seems to work quite well.

However one thing that we would like to know is whether the Backup Client performs an fsck of each Git repo as part of the backup process.

Thanks.

It does not. Performing git fsck during backup would significantly increase the duration of the backup process for large installations, so we don't.
