Does a premium subscription give access to premium features across workspaces?

I am part of a workspace with my org (admin access level) where we are all on Standard. Additionally, I have my own private workspace where I am on Free.

If I move my own account to the Premium plan, does it give me access to premium-only stuff like Workspace access tokens in the org workspace? While everyone else in the org workspace remains on the Standard plan?

Welcome to the community!

Each workspace has its own separate billing, which means you can have Workspace A as a Premium plan and Workspace B as a Standard plan. 

However, the Premium features will only be available in Workspace A since this is the workspace that was upgraded to the Premium plan. While Workspace B will only have Standard features.
