Do deactivated users pay in BItbucket ?

Hello,

if I deactivate a user in Atlassian, but they are still associated to a BitBucket workspace, am I still paying for them ?

you are right that deactivating a user will make them not count towards your Bitbucket license, even uf they are still associated with workspaces.
