Hello!

I'm a member of a couple of organizations, and I'd like to use my email addresses from these companies without creating completely separate accounts. Is it possible to set up multiple aliases and specify them on a per-organization basis?

Hi Josh, welcome to the Community!

Repositories can only be shared with a primary email address, so your colleagues won't be able to share their repositories with you even if your other email addresses are added as aliases. The purpose of email aliases is to help you track commits from any other email address not part of your Atlassian account.

I also wouldn't recommend having different work accounts merged into one (unless the main email address is your personal one), as the Bitbucket account will belong to whoever has access to the main email account. Being a company email means that your company could have access to it under some circumstances (let's say you leave the company without changing the email address for this bitbucket account), and they'd be able to see what else were you working on.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions,

Ana
