Difference In JIRA velocity and Great gadget velocity

what business logic is being used in it but we are getting the Difference In JIRA velocity and Great gadget velocity

My guess is that you've enabled "include sub-tasks" in the configuration of the gadget.

This is actually a bug in the gadget - you don't calculate velocity on non-sprint items such as sub-tasks, so it shouldn't really have the option to do it.  (Equally, you shouldn't be putting sprint estimates on non-sprint items)
