Did not receive Bitbucket invitation email

Hello,

I’m not receiving invitation emails from Bitbucket.

A repository owner has invited me to collaborate, and the invitation is shown as “sent” on their side, but I never receive the email.

Because of this, I cannot access the repository.

Could you please check if my email is on a suppression/block list and remove it if necessary?

Hello @Plet_on84 

This is something that Atlassian needs to check. If you are on standard Jira or Confluence, you would need to raise a support request for Atlassian.

Hey @Plet_on84

I can see that you've recently updated your email preferences to accept Product Invitations from the email preferences center.

If the invitation was sent prior to this change, can you please ask the repository owner to cancel the existing invitation from all the relevant groups and re-send the invitation?
