My team mates has sent me the bitbucket workspace invitation but I couldn't find the email (even in spam/junk folder).

Some background that might help:

- my email was previously deactivated (and i assume my bitbucket account too) and now it's reactivated again but I don't have access to all of the atlassian product.

- i have received the access to confluence and jira, but am not able to access the bitbucket workspace

- have checked with the product invitation preference and can confirmed that it's been checked.

Hi @Terry Argyadiva

Welcome to the community.

It seems that your email was listed in our email suppression list.

I've removed it now, could you please ask the admin to invite you again?

Regards,

Hello @Terry Argyadiva

First, have your admin look in Workspace settings → Access management → User Directory. If your account already has some kind of access there, Bitbucket will not send a new invitation email. If you are not there, then cancel any pending invitations across the workspace groups and send a fresh one.

Second, since the account used to be deactivated, make sure the Atlassian account itself is really active again, not still disabled/suspended on the org side. Atlassian says deactivated accounts cannot be invited until they are reactivated.

You already checked Product Invitations, which was the right thing to do. After that, ask the admin to remove the old pending invite completely and send a new one, not just wait for the old one. Atlassian lists that as the normal fix for stuck invitation delivery.

Hi @Arkadiusz Wroblewski Thanks for the swift response. Wanted to confirm on your previous response, this is my account info based on the admin panel. Does this mean i already have access to JIRA but not bitbucket? if so, do we still need to cancel any pending invitations and send a new one?

and also want to confirm, does this mean my account is already activated or not ya?

@Terry Argyadiva

Yes, your account is active the "Active" status confirms that.

Looking at the screenshot, your account currently only has Jira access on the amartha site. Bitbucket doesn't appear in the App access list at all, which means Bitbucket access hasn't been granted to your account yet, it's not just an invitation email issue.

Your admin needs to grant you Bitbucket access directly (via Grant access in admin.atlassian.com > Users > your account > App access), separate from sending a workspace invitation. Once that's done, the workspace access should follow.

Also Please Delete your Screenshot, or Hide and reupload without sensitive Data (Name, E-Mail). Don't forget this forum are Open to Public.
