Developers not able to see comments in pull request

The issue that we seem to be having is that once the reviewer makes comments on a pull request the other developer cannot see the comments. Also, the Slack integration is not triggered.

Hi @Jeremy West ,

Usually when users report this, is because the developer who made the comment has not pressed 'Finish review'. This is a common theme here in the forums.

If you are using Flowie, a Bitbucket Cloud app we provide, it will assist with this by providing the visibility of who has pending reviews in the status. This way, you can tell if there is a review in progress or someone didn't finish it.

In the example above, you can tell that the reviewer has a review in progress, which is indicated by the purple status.
