Hi,

A while ago a Bitbucket account was created for me with a certain e-mail address. This e-mail address no longer exists as I am not working for this specific organization anymore. I would like to delete this 'zombie' account because I am unable to use my SSH public key in my new account. When I try to add my key to my new account I get the following error message:

Someone has already registered that SSH key.

I am unable to log into my old account as I do not know the password anymore (this was several years ago). Apart from this forum I was not able to find out how to contact Bitbucket support. Please assist.

Kind regards,

Daan van Hasselt

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately my e-mails bounce because they are marked as spam. Is there any other way to contact support?
