Default reviewers -> Branch pattern -> Source branch -> Match all branches except two

Is it possible to add a pattern in Default reviewers -> Branch pattern -> Source branch to match all but two branches? I want to add a default reviewer to all sources except release/* and hotfix/* when merged to target master. The issue is that we don't have a mechanism in place to enforce the branching model, so branches could have any names and I want to ensure all branches except the mentioned above will be catched by the pattern.
