Data residency for Bitbucket?

We are looking at our data residency options for Bitbucket.

Can Atlassian confirm where Bitbucket cloud data is hosted?  Is it guaranteed to be US only?  Are there future plans for Canadian only data residency?

The data residency roadmaps that I've seen published only include Jira software, confluence and service desk.

Hi Allan,

All Bitbucket Cloud instances are hosted in the US. See this Q&A.

This is the feature request: BCLOUD-20038  It is on the 2024 roadmap.
