I have a Bitbucket Server v7.21.7 here and I want to create a Personal Access Token for an integration with Sonartype. But I can only find the HTTP Access Token option via Manage Account -> Account Settings. There is no Option for Personal Access Token.
What is the reason and what is the difference between the two types of tokens?
