Connect to local Jira server

 My company have a local jira server and local bitbucket to, how can i authenticate in the server?

@Thiago Marra Can you elaborate a bit more as how you are looking to authenticate with JIRA Server?

If you simply have a JIRA Server locally and you can access it in browser on http or https, then you can simply login using your JIRA user credentials that are required to be created in User directory (JIRA internal directory or external user directory like AD/LDAP if linked to JIRA)

Are you trying to use Jira as your user directory in Bitbucket? So that you can manage all your users in Jira? If so, have a look at Connecting Bitbucket Server to Jira for user management
