Hi Chris,

I don't think it is the issue with LDAP server since I tried and installed BitBucket on Windows host and was able to configure LDAP, so I think it is on Linux BitBucket host. Is there any specific configuration that I need to do on Linux BitBucket host?

Hi Elvir,

Based on the error it looks like your LDAP server isn't listening on port 389 or there's a firewall preventing communication with that port.
