Codes from eclipse to commit to new bitbucket repository

I got codes in 4 folders that are currently in eclipse, we want to now create a repository.

Do you have any guide to commit these codes to bitcucket via eclipse?

I don't believe that we have any guides for Eclipse specifically.

The documentation we have available focuses on using Git from command line:

I assume that you're using EGit with Eclipse? I can see that Eclipse has documentation on EGit, and it looks quite detailed:

For initializing a repository with your existing source code, you can take a look here:

Now, for linking a local repository you create with a Bitbucket repo, you'll need decide first if you want to use HTTPS (username & password or app-password) or SSH for authentication.

The EGit tutorial has an example on how to set up a remote with GitHub, but you can follow the same steps to link a local repo with Bitbucket.
