Cloned all branches, how do I make a branch off of one of the other main branches?

Cloned all branches, how do I make a branch off of one of the other main branches?

Our repo has 3 branches, which are all locally cloned already

master / staging / branch-1

I need to test changes from the branch-1 branch, how can I clone that branch to fiddle with changes on it?
