Change my Bitbucket username

I had an old Bitbucket account (https://bitbucket.org/Isuru-Nanayakkara). I deleted this account thinking once its deleted I will be able to change my current username(https://bitbucket.org/isuru-jn) to that. But apparently even though the account was deleted, its still somewhat alive. Now I can't log back in to change its username or anything.

Is there a way I could completely erase my old profile so my username could be free to use again? Or reactivate my old account so I can change it?
