Change log pattern to include TimeZone details

Hello,

We are required to change the log's date pattern. Below is the proposed pattern.

Current log date pattern: 2016-10-20 11:15:02,643

Pattern to be changed to: 2016-10-10T22:04:50 MDT

Can we do it by editing some properties file or do we need to update some code in the built-in plugin.

OR do we need to develop a separate plugin for this,

How can we achieve this, does anyone have any idea?
