Cant create branches in repository

After creating repository .i try to create branch after clicking create branch button .nothing happen. i can see 403 error in browser console

  1. Are you using Bitbucket Server or Cloud?
  2. Have you tried a different browser or the incognito mode?
  3. Is this happening for every repo, or only this one?
  4. Are your colleagues experiencing the same issue?
