I have access for read and write for git repo if I am check source tree then its showing invalid url.

I'd look into the "tunnel failed" error. It seems like SourceTree can not access adtgit01.adt.com:8443. It's not a permission issue at the repository level.

Any chance you are on a VPN or need to use a proxy?

If you're not sure about the proxy: check if your browser is using a proxy (most likely configured by your company).
Or talk to your network admin directly :-)
