Cant access Bitbucket Server Site

Wont let me access bitbucket server site outside of the server computer. We built a new server and the old one ran fine but for some reason this one I can't access the server site using the base url and port. I dont see any problems with the port or anything so im not sure why

Hi Muhammad,

Most likely there's a firewall on the server that's preventing access to the Bitbucket Server port from outside. The fact that Bitbucket Server is accessible if you are on the machine where it is installed proves that Bitbucket Server itself is working fine.
