My project manager is trying to send me invitation to join the project workspace, but I don’t receive any emails. This has been tried multiple times on multiple days to no avail. I do not know they project workspace’s url so I cannot submit a support ticket. Is there anything else I can do?
Hey Steve,
Feel free to submit a support ticket using your own personal workspaceID, free customers are entitled to log tickets relating to workspace invitation issues.
Once a ticket has been logged, you may provide your email address on that ticket to avoid sharing this publically.
Cheers!

Hi Ben,
Thank you for your help. I submit a support ticket and the issue has been resolved.

I am having exactly the same issue as the OP. I do not see a way to submit a support ticket per Ben's suggestion above. Can anyone outline the steps to achieve that? Thanks.

Hi @goldin
Your email server has rejected our messages with the following SMTP bounce, and therefore - your email was added to our internal suppression list as a result:
550-"JunkMail rejected - mta-174-81-96.atlassian.com.sparkpostmail.com 550-[192.174.81.96]:14697 is in an RBL: Error: 550 open resolver; https://check.spamhaus.org/returnc/pub/2400:cb00:16:1024::a29e:4d2e/"
I've just removed you from the suppression list, please have your email admin whitelist our email accounts accordingly to prevent this from happening again:
Once complete, have the user re-send the invitation.
In future, please raise a seperate community post as we regularly monitor these, rather than responding on an old post as we may not see this.
Cheers!
