I'm unable to activate the Use submodules option on any BitBucket repositories. This makes Bamboo not very useful for me, as all of my projects use Git submodules — if those submodules aren't updated, my projects just don't build.

I discovered this today. I found that you can enable submodules if you use a git repository type, but I haven't yet worked out what bitbucket functionality you might lose by doing this.
