Cannot login to bitbucket

I am unable to login to my bitbucket account. This is my first time using bitbucket. I just created an account using my work email, then it asked me to create a link which i did. Every time i try to login it says Unexpected login error and gives me the following page
Please advise me as in what can be done in this situation.
