Cannot login to bitbucket

We're using Jira Software and bitbucket. I'm the admin of Jira and one of my devs created the bitbucket account and linked it to our Jira system.

Problem is, I cannot login to bitbucket (endless loop).

When my Dev tries to add me to the team, we get the error message: "You cannot grant a team access to a repository."

Any ideas?
