Cannot login to Sourcetree with bitbucket login

Hi, I just loaded a new repository to bitbucket and downloaded sourcetree. When I bring up the Sourcetree program, it is asking me to login using the "root url" and username. I am assuming this is the root url, even though it is not specified anywhere (they should add that info under the user profile so people know). After entering the password to my account, shows the following error. This is really frustrating, and it seems like a lot of other people are having login issues as well. Am I missing something obvious?

And yes, this is a real account, because I am logged into Bitbucket...

Hi William, welcome to the Community!

The issue here is that you're trying via the Bitbucket Server option, but you're entering Bitbucket Cloud credentials. In your case, you'll need to use the 'Atlassian account' option, which uses the same Bitbucket Cloud credentials.
