Cannot login to Bitbucket from SourceTree error message: you do not have permission to access url

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
My coworker is having an issue logging into the Bitbucket account using SourceTree and we have been trying to trouble shoot till the wee hours in the past 3 hours. We tried to update git version, reinstall the SourceTree, double checked whether it was logging in from the correct account with password, using Basic authentication instead of Oauth, removing password file in the AppData folder as well as removing the previous account.. Following all of the answers found here, none works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
