I'm getting this message when I try to log in:
You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.
It happens even when disabling browser extensions. What can I do?

I have re-enable your Bitbucket account, could you please try to log in again and let me know how it goes?

This error is occuring because your account was not active for some time. You would need to contact Atlassian support:https://support.atlassian.com/
